look ma I can cook now

Now I know I haven't been the best at keeping you all updated on a daily basis but how can there is so much to see and do over here.

Before my week at Elephant Nature Park, Anna and I went to a cooking class at Siam Rice. Now I can cook, well I can cook grilled chicken and bake the hell out of a funfetti cake. As far as cooking Asian inspired food... that's why they have take out.

We cooked everything you can imagine - pad Thai, spring rolls, curry, etc. I mean the pictures kind of speak for themselves. 

While you're drooling over these dishes, make sure not to get water damage on your phone.
